To be honest

Jogja Has Plenty of Software Houses. When Should You Pick Us?

Jogja is known as a student city, and quite a few of its computer science graduates start their own software houses. So if you want a vendor you can meet for coffee near your office every week, a local Jogja vendor may suit you better.

We are usually a better fit for slightly different needs. For example, systems that have to stay stable when many people use them at once, such as an LMS during a simultaneous exam or a registration app during the new student intake. Or projects that need one team for the application, the servers, and long-term maintenance, so nobody passes the blame when something breaks.

We have built a learning management system for an education institution and a survey platform for enterprise and government institutions. Both are systems that universities, schools, and research institutes need fairly often.

Most of the work runs online: meetings over video call, progress you can check on the staging server, and regular demos. For the kickoff of a large project, user training, or a go-live that needs hands-on support, our team comes to Jogja.

How we work

Remote Work That Still Feels Close

Jogja and Bandung are not next door. So we set up the work so you never have to wait for a visit to know how the project is going.

  1. 01

    Kickoff online or on site

Requirements workshops can run over video call. For large projects involving many units, we come to Jogja so everyone can sit at the same table.

  2. 02

Progress you can check any time

You can open the staging server yourself, and every sprint ends with a demo. Feedback is recorded and goes into the next sprint.

  3. 03

    Training for users and IT

We train the people who use the system and, when needed, your in-house IT team so they can handle the basics themselves.

  4. 04

    Remote maintenance

Monitoring, backups, security updates, and bug fixes can all be done remotely, so distance does not slow down incident response.

FAQ

Questions from Clients in Jogja

What universities, schools, and businesses in Yogyakarta usually ask.

Do you have an office in Jogja?

No. Our office and team are in Bandung. We serve Yogyakarta clients remotely and come on site for the kickoff, training, or go-live when needed. The visit schedule is agreed at the start of the project.

Why not just hire a local Jogja software house?

That is a sensible choice, especially if you want to meet in person often. We are a better fit when you need one team for the application as well as the servers and long-term maintenance, or when the project resembles something we have built before, such as an LMS or a survey platform.

Can you build an LMS for a school or university?

Yes, we have built an LMS for an education institution. But if an off-the-shelf platform covers what you need, we will tell you plainly. Building from scratch is not always the best option.

Will the system hold up during exams or the registration period?

That is one of the first things we plan for. Servers are set up with capacity that can grow when traffic is high and shrink again when it is quiet, then load-tested before the day it is needed.

Can you also train our in-house IT team?

Yes. Besides user training, we run technical training programs such as backend development with Golang, Laravel, Flutter, and DevOps that can be tailored for an internal team.

How much does app development cost for a client in Jogja?

The cost is set by scope, not by city: the number of features, user types, integrations, and the timeline. We break the estimate down per module so you can choose what to build first.
