Software for the Production Floor, Not Just the Meeting Room
Bekasi Regency has one of the largest concentrations of industrial estates in Indonesia: Jababeka, MM2100, EJIP, Delta Silicon, GIIC, and more. The software needs there are specific. Applications are used by operators on the production floor, over factory Wi-Fi that is not always stable, by shifts that rotate around the clock.
We have built ERP systems and quality control apps for manufacturing companies. What matters most in a factory rarely appears in a brochure: screens that can be used quickly while standing, data that is not lost when the connection drops, and audit reports that can be pulled at any time without asking IT.
Bekasi City is a different story. Many distributors, retailers, clinics, and schools are starting to need their own systems because off-the-shelf apps no longer fit. We take on those projects too, and usually suggest starting with the one module that is most urgent.
Our team is in Bandung, about two hours from Cikarang by toll road. For site surveys, workshops with the production team, and go-live support, we come to you. The rest of the work runs online with regular demos.

A prototype you can try
Before full development, your team tries the screens and flow of the app. Changing the design at this stage costs far less than after the system is built.

Development and a limited trial
The system is built in stages and tested on one line or one warehouse before it is rolled out everywhere.

No. Our office and team are in Bandung. Cikarang is about two hours away by toll road, so visits to your factory or office in Bekasi can be scheduled as the project needs.
Can you build apps for use on the production floor?
Yes. The app can run on tablets, Android phones, or workstation computers. We design the screens to be used quickly while working, and if the network on site is unstable, we discuss options to keep the data safe.
Can you integrate with the ERP we already use?
Usually, as long as the ERP has an API, database access, or a data import and export mechanism. We check this during analysis so it is clear from the start what is possible.
We are a small business in Bekasi City, not a factory. Is this still a fit?
Yes. We also build systems for retail, healthcare, and education. If the budget is limited, start with the most urgent module and grow from there.
How long does it take to build a system for a factory?
A single module such as a QC or inventory app usually takes a few weeks to a few months. An ERP that covers many divisions takes longer, and we usually deliver it module by module so it can be used sooner.
Who maintains the system after go-live?
We do. The team that built it also handles servers, monitoring, backups, and bug fixes. If you later have your own IT team, we hand over the source code and documentation in full.
