The Work Happens in the Field, the Data Is Still on Paper
Bogor has a mix of organisations that few other cities share. There is IPB University and research institutions such as CIFOR and the research area in Cibinong. There are agribusiness and plantation companies, housing developers in Sentul and Cibinong, and hundreds of villas and hotels along the Puncak route. Bogor Regency is also one of the most populous regencies in Indonesia.
Much of this work happens far from an office desk: in plantations, on trial plots, at housing project sites. The data is still written on paper or kept on individual phones, then retyped at the office days later. That is where data gets lost, arrives late, or stops matching.
We build apps designed for those conditions. Mobile apps that keep working when the signal drops, store photos and GPS points, and sync as soon as they reconnect. At the office, incoming data appears on a dashboard without anyone retyping it.
Our team is based in Bandung, about three hours from Bogor by toll road. Regular discussions and demos run online. For site surveys, field trials, and user training, we come to your plantation, office, or project site.

Do you have an office in Bogor?
No. Our office and team are in Bandung. Bogor is about three hours away by toll road, so site surveys, field trials, and training can be scheduled at your location. Day-to-day work runs online.
Our plantations often have no signal. Will the app still work?
Yes. We design the mobile app offline-first: data, photos, and GPS points are stored on the phone first and synced automatically when there is a signal. Field officers do not have to wait for coverage to keep working.
Can the app connect to the systems we already use?
Yes, as long as those systems provide an API or data access. Examples include sending harvest data to an ERP, syncing booking payments to accounting software, or pulling data from a payment gateway or OTA.
For a small villa, isn't an OTA enough?
For one or two units, it often is. A booking system of your own starts to make sense when you have many units, many returning guests, or OTA commissions that weigh heavily. We will help you run the numbers before you decide.
Do we own the source code?
Yes. The source code, cloud accounts, domain, and Play Store or App Store developer accounts are in your name from the start. If you later have your own team, the handover includes full documentation.
