Software House Depok for Growing Businesses and Startups Just Getting Started
We build web and mobile apps for schools, clinics, housing estate managers, small businesses, and founders in Depok. Start with the most urgent part, release sooner, then grow it step by step based on how it is used.
Trusted by organizations across industries
The Business Has Grown, the Records Are Still in a WhatsApp Group
Depok is growing fast. The city is home to more than two million people and to large campuses such as UI and Gunadarma, and the stretch from Margonda to Sawangan and Cinere is full of schools, tutoring centers, clinics, and businesses that keep opening new branches. Many of them reach the same point: the spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups that used to be enough are starting to break down.
That is usually where we come in. Not with a large system that replaces everything at once, but with the one part that causes the most trouble, such as student registration, patient queues, or monthly billing. Once that part is running, we decide together what to build next.
Depok also has many young founders, some just graduated or still studying, who want to release their first digital product. For them we build an MVP: the core features only, enough to test with real users. If the idea can be tested first with an off-the-shelf app or no-code tools, we will say so.
Our team is based in Bandung, about two and a half hours from Depok by toll road. Regular discussions and demos run online. For a workshop at the start, user training, or a go-live that needs support, we come to you.

- Source code and cloud accounts in your name
Apps Depok Clients Often Need
From classrooms and clinic waiting rooms to housing estate offices.
MVPs for startups
A first version of the product with only the core features, built so users can try it soon. The architecture is still set up to grow if the product takes off.
Schools, tutoring, and course providers
Online registration, class schedules, tuition billing, and learning materials and practice tests. Parents can follow along from their phones without asking the admin.
Bookings and customer service
Online reservations and queues for clinics, workshops, or salons, with schedule reminders and a customer feedback form after each visit.
Housing estate management
Service charge billing, resident complaints, and management announcements in one app, so arrears and complaints do not get lost in chat.

Start Small, Release Sooner
The first budget is best spent proving that the app actually gets used, not on features that may never be needed.
- 01
Picking the features that matter
Over a video call or a meeting on site, we map out every need, then pick what must be in the first version. The rest is noted for later stages.
- 02
A clickable prototype
Before development, you and your future users try the flow of the app. Changing the design at this stage costs far less than after the app is built.
- 03
Releasing the first version
The app is built with regular demos, tested, and released to users, including publishing to the Play Store and App Store if there is a mobile app.
- 04
Iteration and maintenance
After release, the next features are chosen based on how the app is used. Servers, backups, and bug fixes are handled by the same team.

Questions from Depok Clients
What businesses, schools, and founders in Depok usually ask before starting a project.
Do you have an office in Depok?
No. Our office and team are in Bandung. Depok is about two and a half hours away by toll road, so meetings at your location can be scheduled as the project needs. Day-to-day work runs online.
We are a startup on a tight budget. Can we start with an MVP?
Yes, and that is usually what we recommend. We pick the core features that are enough to test the idea with real users, then build further once there is data. If the idea can be tested more cheaply with existing tools, we will tell you.
Can you build Android and iOS apps at the same time?
Yes. Depending on the needs, the app is built natively with Kotlin and Swift, or cross-platform with Flutter so one codebase runs on both. We also help with publishing to the Play Store and App Store.
Our business is still small. Would an off-the-shelf app be better?
Often, yes, and we do not mind saying so. A custom app makes sense when your process no longer fits the apps available, or when subscription fees for many branches and users cost more than owning your own system.
Do we own the source code?
Yes. The source code, cloud accounts, domain, and Play Store or App Store developer accounts are in your name from the start. If you later have your own team, the handover includes full documentation.
How much does it cost to build an app for a business in Depok?
The cost depends on scope, not on the city: the number of features, types of users, platforms, and integrations. Our estimates are broken down per module, so you can choose what to build first within your budget.
